CTechP | SCA Water & Preventative Maintenance

When you walk into a café, there is a high chance I have had the chance to train that barista. As an SCA Authorized Trainer, I have had the chance to teach some of the most exciting baristas in the country. An avid coffee instructor and barista trainer, I am passionate in imparting my experience so that the industry would attract more talent. I am also a Q Arabica Grader at the Coffee Quality Institute and have also won numerous international barista championships. Although I have lost count the number of cups I have brewed, I could still remember my first cup – that cup that has a special place in my heart.

Water and Preventive Maintenance Foundation is an introductory course which covers key concepts of water treatment systems and preventive maintenance of coffee machines and certain practical skills required to safely apply this knowledge.
