Return & Refund
We have strict quality control systems which see our team cup and score every roast. All coffee must meet these standards or it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
MERCHANDISE & EQUIPMENT
All items purchased through our e-commerce website are non-refundable but exchangeable in the case of receiving the goods damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All complaints or requests must be made at least 7 days after you have received your product. Any requests after that will not be entertained. To complete your requests, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty.
- We will not cover the return shipping charges.
- Purchases can be exchanged at the Discover Coffee Roastery located in Kuala Lumpur.
TRAINING AND CLASS
For any cancelation, you can request a full refund before 5 working days from the course scheduled time and any rescheduling will be subject to approval and consideration from management. To cancel, please email us at email@example.com
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS
For damaged shipments, let us know within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement.
If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
All requests for cancellations, change of address, or any deviation from a regular order must be made within 24 hours of the subscription order(s) going through.
