📚 What You’ll Learn in the CVA for Cuppers Course

The course combines lectures, discussions, and hands-on cupping sessions to familiarize participants with the CVA system. Key learning outcomes include:Understanding and applying the new CVA sensory references.Utilizing the CVA Descriptive and Affective Forms for coffee evaluation.Explaining the function and background of key sensory assessment tools used in CVA.Integrating the CVA framework into existing cupping practices.Participants are assessed through four tests: a written exam, olfactory reference identification, descriptive assessment, and affective assessment. Successful completion results in a certificate acknowledging proficiency in the CVA system.
