About
Eduardo, the eldest son of the Fernandez family, the third generation of coffee farming, has converted a farm called Zacatin into a coffee farm since 2017 and planted specialty varieties such as Geisha, SL-28, Sudan Rume, and Tabi. Eduardo has worked carefully to source seeds for the collection of coffee varieties that he now grows. Eduardo’s charismatic personality and interest in non-traditional coffee tree varieties connected him with like minded producers, leading to the exchange of knowledge and seeds.
